Replacing a missing tooth with a Dental Implant

Replacing a missing tooth with a Dental Implant

Treatment Process

The upper left central incisor is replaced with a denture that has visible clasps. The other incisor teeth are discoloured and look tired.

Without the denture you can see the gap. The bone and gum where an implant is contemplated is thinner and requires gum grafting that is done simultaneously with implant placement.

A direct-to-implant zirconia crown is made to fit over a dental implant that was placed earlier, and zirconia crowns are also made on the adjacent natural teeth at the same time for improved aesthetics.

The zirconia crowns are fitted and it becomes difficult to determine which is the implant and which are the natural teeth.
